Treatment

When you have a physical problem it usually effects not just one, but several areas of the body. That is why, when treating a physical problem, we focus on three major areas that may be involved. This three area approach allows us to attack problems in a complete way giving us the best chance at solving them.

The three areas are:

• Joint Alignment

• Related Muscles

• Weak/Imbalanced Body Movements

Each of the three areas has a corresponding treatment. Joint misalignments will be treated by realigning them with Chiropractic Adjustments. Related muscles that have developed problems (shortened, adhessed, etc.) are treated with the myofascial release technique. Weak and imbalanced body control movements are treated with stretches and exercises during Rehabilitation.
